We aim to preserve every beautiful moment, both planned and wonderfully unplanned. Our style is a blend of authentic candid and documentary storytelling with an artistic touch, which has been recognized with multiple international awards, including WEVA and Wildlife.
And yes — we speak English fluently.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SERVE?
We serve all the regions of Italy. We do not charge additional transportation fees if your wedding takes place in the following regions: Lake Como, Lake Garda, Bergamo, Verona, Florence, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Naples, Venice, Rome, and Perugia.
We could travel to any country, please contact us to get individual quotation.
DO YOU CHARGE A DEPOSIT FOR MAKING A BOOKING?
Yes. To secure your date, we require a €1000 deposit for video and €500 for photo. The deposit is typically paid after signing the agreement, and the remaining balance can be settled 7 days before the celebration via a payment link.
WHAT MEANS "STANDARD TRAVEL COST INCLUDED IN PRICING"?
We do not charge additional transportation fees if your wedding takes place in the vicinity of any city of Italy or France - usually no more than 15 km from the city center. However, if the venue is far away, we generally charge an additional transportation fee of € 2.50 (taxes included) for each additional kilometer.
HOW LONG TO WAIT FOR MY WEDDING VIDEO OR PHOTO?
Every wedding story is unique, and the time needed to create it can vary. On average, the turnaround is about 3–5 months, but in many cases it’s delivered much sooner.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET BACK OUR PAID DEPOSIT?
We don’t charge any fees for rescheduling your wedding date. Just make sure to coordinate the new date with us in advance. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
CAN WE ASK FOR CHANGES TO EDITED FILMS OR PHOTOS?
Yes! Our team spends countless hours carefully reviewing and selecting the very best footage to create your wedding film. If a particular clip or moment wasn’t included, it’s simply because we felt other shots told your story more authentically and cohesively.
If we ever make an error or encounter a technical issue, we will, of course, correct it. However, requests for creative or non-technical changes are generally not part of our standard service. If you absolutely need an adjustment in the final edit, we’re happy to make it free of charge as long as it requires less than one hour of work.
For revisions that take longer than an hour, re-edit pricing begins at €150, depending on the number and complexity of the requested changes.
WHAT DO YOU DO IF WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR VENUE AND IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
Most venues offer a ‘Plan B’ in case of rain, usually by moving the celebration to an indoor area — and we adapt to any situation with ease. Our favorite wedding footage has far more to do with your personalities and chemistry as a couple than with the background you’re standing in front of. If you’re happy and in love, it will shine through in your films. We see rain as a fun, adventurous twist that often brings laughter, spontaneity, and unforgettable moments.
HOW WILL YOU BE DRESSED ON THE WEDDING DAY?
We dress smart as standard to assure we blend in with your wedding guests so that our presence is as non-intrusive as possible.
HOW MANY VIDEOGRAPHERS PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT MY WEDDING?
For larger weddings with 100+ guests, we offer the option to add additional videographers. That said, please keep in mind that nearly 90% of the weddings you see in our portfolio were filmed by just one videographer and one photographer.
HOW DO WE HIRE YOU?
First, get in touch with us to check our availability. Once we’ve discussed the details of your wedding, we’ll send you a draft of the agreement. After the contract is signed, we’ll ask for the deposit. Everything can be completed online — it only takes a few minutes, and once it’s done, your date is officially secured.
